I invite you to join me for a sweet weekend of rejuvenating self-care — without even needing to leave town. We'll collectively create space in body, breath, and mind. Each practice will explore mindful movement, self-massage using props and balls, and supported breathing to build our ability to stay relaxed and steady. We'll return home to ourselves and our lives refreshed, relaxed, grounded, and full of presence.
Following our Saturday morning practice, you can picnic in Strawberry Creek Park, just outside the studio. A delicious and nutritious lunch is included, and Tea will be provided in the studio.

Lots of personal attention (with your permission, of course)
All props are provided, but please bring your mat and eye cover.
Catered lunch on Saturday.
Investment: $180 for both days (9 hours of guided practice)
