Resistance bands create the conditions for increased muscle recruitment and increased joint stability. This 3-part series will include sequences for healthy shoulders, hips, feet, ankles, and core.
A 5 to 6 foot length of Theraband, or other flat resistance band is needed for this series, along with your mat, blanket, wall and a sturdy door. See below for purchase links for multiple-resistance sets of bands. If this work is brand new to you, or you are recovering from injury, please consider starting with a light-weight resistance band.
