In this 2-class series we’ll explore the anatomy and structure of your neck and shoulders, and how our daily habits can lead to discomfort and sometimes injury. We'll use our anatomy knowledge experientially as we learn myriad ways to improve neck and shoulder alignment, and ease of movement. We'll explore practices of myofascial release (self-massage with a therapy ball), Yoga postures, and simple exercises for home practice. Part discussion and part practice, accessible sequences for all levels of experience will be provided. No prior anatomy experience is required, but some yoga experience is helpful.
This series will be recorded and replay links sent to all pre-registrants following the conclusion of the series.
