As the world seemingly speeds up I invite you to join me in slowing down. This restful class is 2 hours in length and will begin with gentle postures to open and settle the body, followed by restorative postures and breathing practice to support deep relaxation. This class will be recorded and available for replay for 1 month. All levels of experience are welcome.
Props to have on hand include 2 yoga blankets or thick towels, a bolster or 2 pillows, strap, block, and something to cover your eyes.
