Take time to unwind. Let go of chronic tension in this practice of self-massage using therapy (or tennis) balls, and gentle, long-held postures. Props needed: Sticky Mat, 2-3 Blankets or Thick Towels, 2 Therapy or tennis balls in a sock, 1 block, and something to cover your eyes.
