Lunchtime yoga Is appropriate if you seek a mixed-level class with an emphasis, varying from week-to-week, to challenge and ease your body while addressing mobility, strength, body awareness, and balance. Props needed: sticky mat; chair; wall space or door; blanket or thick towel; strap, belt, or robe tie.
