Cultivating Calm is a somatic practice that includes gentle floor-based movement, guided breathing awareness, and guided relaxation. This process can help your body and mind feel more spacious and at ease, inviting your nervous system to settle.
All props are provided; however, if you have a yoga blanket or two, please bring them. Also, bring your eye cover. A 45-minute video will be provided so you can continue practicing at home.
