In this 3-hour class, we'll explore the anatomy and structure of your shoulders and how our daily habits can lead to discomfort and sometimes injury. We'll use our anatomy knowledge experientially as we explore myriad ways to improve shoulder mobility and function through practices of myofascial release (Self-massage with a therapy or tennis ball), Yoga postures, and simple exercises for home practice. Accessible sequences for all levels of experience will be provided.
