kaf·fee·klatsch | \ ˈkȯ-fē-ˌklach: an informal social gathering for coffee and conversation
Perhaps you've heard by now that I study human anatomy and movement by participating in cadaver dissection quite regularly. This practice of observation, palpation, and exploration of the organization and continuity between structures in the body, remarkably informs my understanding of human movement and posture. This process greatly hones my ability to see patterns among the people I serve in the studio. In the classroom I try not to over-share about the process, but rather share wisdom about moving in concert with our actual structure.
Hearing about dissection isn't for everyone. However, if you are curious about my adventures, I invite to join me for an informal discussion about my experiences in the lab. This is a live, online discussion, so bring your questions and a favorite beverage.
